Is there a long term commitment?Club Elevate has no long-term commitment and no strings attached. Memberships become month to month after the first 90 days, and you can cancel with a 30 day written notice.

If I cancel, do I lose money banked from my membership?No, you can still use the funds available in your beauty bank toward any product or treatment at Elevate. However, if your membership is canceled, you are no longer eligible to receive the exclusive membership discounts.

Can I combine my membership with other promotions?No, not unless otherwise stated. But we do offer extra promotions exclusively for members! You can use your membership credit with other manufacturer reward programs like Alle, Aspire, and Hydrafacial rewards.

What is the bonus credit?The bonus credit is an extra $25 or $50 credit to use on services depending on your membership level. This bonus credit must be used within the month and does not roll over, unlike the membership fee which will roll over to the next month if unused. Does not apply to retail products.
