Can I buy more than one package?

Yes! You’re welcome to purchase more than one package. These deals only come once a year, so feel free to stock up while they last!

Can I swap or change the services in my package?

No substitutions or swaps. Each package is designed as a set offering. If a particular package isn’t right for you, we recommend choosing one that best fits your needs. Our team is here to help!

Can I use my membership discount on top of the Black Friday specials?

Yes! Members receive their membership discount (10% or 15%) in addition to the Black Friday pricing. Not a member yet? You can sign up for the Club Elevate membership during the sale to opt into the extra discount. Contact us for assistance at 813.765.4416.

When do the packages expire?

All Black Friday packages must be redeemed before expiration on June 1, 2025. We recommend scheduling your treatments early to make sure you can use everything within those 6 months. Once they are expired, there is no way of redeeming them in our system.

Can I share or transfer my package to someone else?

Unfortunately no. Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. Each package is tied to your account to ensure accurate tracking and the best possible experience.
